FAQ, Shipping and Return Policies

When will my item be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days Monday - Friday. Please keep in mind that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days. Holidays, holiday weekends, or unforeseen circumstances can affect this time. If your item has not shipped within 5 business days, please contact me at katie@havengraceboutique.com. 

Please note, we partner with multiple warehouses to get your orders out to you as fast as possible. Despite items being purchased in the same order, items may ship from multiple locations. 

We do not cover or refund if the shipping address is provided incorrectly to us or not deliverable via USPS due to insufficient address. Once it is delivered back to us we'll contact you via email to get a new address and invoice you the new shipping. If you refuse the new shipping, we'll donate the item. 

How do I track my order:

All of your order information is stored in your Haven Grace Boutique account on our website so you can get easy access and check-in on your package any time. 

If you do not have an account, no problem! You can create one using the same email you used when you placed your order and it will auto populate all of your order information for you. 

 

Can I return my item?

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged if post marked within 7 days from the date that you received it (according to your tracking number). Buyer assumes all cost for shipping the returns back and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Upon receipt, if the returned merchandise is deemed to be unwashed, unworn and unused, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.

If you receive a damaged item, please email katie@havengraceboutique.com within 72 hours of receipt. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

ALL HOLIDAY, SWIM, BODYSUITS, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES, AND FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
